These videos are from dress rehearsal at The Hartt School of the University of Hartford in 2024. The sophomore class performed this as a class project in a studio classroom with minimal props and costumes for four nights in front of an academic audience. Three (3) Completed Song Demos are below. We have nine (9) available to submit presently.
Opening number as the parents of The Boomers tell us how America is great.
Lead Boomer, John, gets his draft card and laments to his friends.
Lead Boomer, Melanie, has a show down with a school over her 4 year old son, singing to him that he is her gold.
NOTE: These songs are performed by the person who orchestrated them for our demo. The lyrics may not follow the script exactly as the authors have improved the lyrics since these demo songs were recorded. We have nine such original recordings available for submission, representing the time period the scenes are enacted as the Baby Boomers evolved.
